After the drilling to the spacer is done, I matched drilled to the assembly, then placed it back onto the fuselage.
I then drilled the required hols to #19.
You can see in picture #3 that the #19 holes are drilled. If you look at other build sites, you will see how bad it can get when you don't clamp and follow the manual blindly. If you do that, expect to spend another $500-$600.
No matter what you do though, there will be an issue with the last hole (far right pic #3) that you can not avoid. The distance can not be changed. You can see by the final drilled holes, there is no elongation of the holes.
Use those C clamps folks and tighten them down!
Also final drilled the #12 holes in the support and the #30 holes in the bulkhead caps.
